C. Rusty Cloutier serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of MidSouth Bancorp Inc. and its subsidiary, MidSouth Bank NA. Mr. Cloutier has been a Director of Midsouth Bancorp Inc. since 1984 and serves as a Director of MidSouth Bank NA. He served as a Director of ICBA Bancard Inc. He served as Member of Advisory Committee of Securities and Exchange Commission Inc. He served as a Member of Executive Committee at Independent Community Bankers of America.
